Florence, capital city of the Tuscan region in italy was the destination for my honeymoon. My new wife and myself made our way there after our wedding on the Amalfi coast.
On our first venture out in to the city after we arrived, it was clear that Florence was a popular one with the tourists. And no surprise, the city is filled with uncountable amounts of art and stunning renaissance architecture. The centre of which are Michelangelo’s David and Duomo di Firenze, Cattedrale Santa Maria del Fiore, the huge dome that dominates the Florence landscape.
Now, I was on my honeymoon, so I couldn’t go mad and spend hours in to the evening or getting up before dawn to get the perfect shot. So I decided I would just try and find unusual shots. I did of course take hundreds of photos (my new wife had to wait patiently while I kept trying to improve the shot). So firstly tried to take unusual shots. And below are my favourites.
I’ve also created a couple mini projects. These I will expand on in future blogs.
